Looking for some advice on how to proceed.
I purchased a pre-build for my younger sister from Techfast early 2022 and on arrival discovered it automatically rebooted when trying to turn it off.
We went through extensive troubleshooting with Techfast between Jan - March and even after following all instructions issues persisted.
Sister last attempted to make contact March notifying all steps had been tried but received no reply.
I have just returned to Australia following 6 months overseas and discovered the issue is still persisting and she has been overcoming this issue by switching off the power at the wall.
I have already emailed Techfast support but still have not received any reply.
I am a health worker and am required to travel again shortly overseas and wish to get this sorted for my sister ASAP.

UPDATE: Thank you all for advice. Techfast have kindly reached and and we have come to reasonable solution.
Have you tried calling them rather than just emails?
