Hi, i've just made a Good Guys Commercial account and want to buy the Sony WH-1000XM5's for $390 but i'm not sure how to contact them, or what to say to get a quote. any help is appreciated

I did this 3 days ago, and purchased these headphones. They were $389. The link to message them is via the contact us link, and then you send them an email. They respond quite quickly.

For what it's worth, I simply put 'None' in both fields. Afterwards, I received an email asking for my membership organization and membership number (if applicable). After submitting those details, they then shortly followed up with the quote. Of course, make sure you have access to TGGC as per the wiki.
Anyone know how much the WF version is on TGG Commercial?

They don't give you a quote. You have to buy through the Good Guys Commercial site and collect from the store. Just checked the GGC and they don't have Sony WH-1000XM5's listed on their site so you'll have to buy through the retail site.
