The last few times I went in there I couldn't find this model so I am assuming they are now discontinued. This was definitely the cheapest 32" I have ever seen and the prices in store have gone up now!
Next best buy seems the $250 Aldi one with inbuilt DVD but I would prefer not paying an extra 50 bucks for a disc player when I literally have 10 working standalone dvd players roaming around my house. Regret not buying it when it hit rock bottom price as I think the prices of this spec have plateoud/stagnated now .
What happened to those cheap $200 32" Soniq LCD TVs at JB Hi-Fi?

Thanks for the reply. I did see them recently for $229 when I went in there. Not bad, but I can afford to wait until they hit $200 or less. I have a 42" Soniq in the living room and it is great quality for a generic TV.
Hi wolfenator87,
It appears that they are still selling them, but now they're $229 (plus $18 postage if you live too far afield).

A few friends of mine purchased them and they're really happy about the quality for the price of them!
Hope that helps :)
