  • Starts in 3 days. These lights are tiny but well built for the price of postage.

  • Great little light. Need to remember this in three days

  • is this worth $7.95?

I got quite a few from their previous offers, totally worth it to put on your keychain.

    • i've paid $20 for much worse lights, so yes.

    • Much more than that. It also depends on how often and why you need to use it. More you use more valuable it becomes. It would say its definitely 20$ in my book. The only problem now is they don't give out rechargeable ones.

      • Did they stop giving out i1R 2 Pro's? I was going suggest waiting for a sale with one of those because it's shorter and has USB-C charging.

        • Did they ever give out pros, I thought it was just the micro usb ones they gave out?

          • @mapax: I scored a blue iXV (i1R 2 Pro) during a sale last year. Not sure if the Christmas sale has micro or USB-C too. Edit: Ah, Olight iTHX is micro USB @ Christmas.

            • @Tim Mc: Nice. I never saw that one when it was free.

      • They were giving away rechargeable ones for black Friday

    • Yes, it certainly is. I have similar one in different colour had it's part of my keyring.Very handy tool…

If it was $7.95 with free shipping would it be a bargain?

    • +2

      Yes

Quite a compelling argument you put forth.

        • He left no room for doubt. So its compelling

It's a good torch, I've bought multiple times. Chuck in your car(s), carry as part of your EDC, place in bedside tables in case of blackout, etc.

Note, it's small. About the size of your little finger.

  • Pity I can't get to the website. My spam/malware blocker say ozbargain compromised for this …

No issues for me. Could be a false positive. What U using

      • The link has trackers in it. My pihole didn’t like the link either

  • Is 90lm good/bad? Are these real or ali style lm?
This vs $7 chargeable torch from ali?

    • +1

100 lumens sustained for about an hour.

I'd personally wait for a sale with the Olight i1R 2 Pro for a shorter light with USB-C charging but if you prefer a user replaceable AAA torch then the i3E is good.

Olight quality would be much better compared to ali style…. that said, you'll probably scuff the anodising off the torch with keys on a keychain.

The photo off it seems to show it's not too bright. I guess 1.5v tho what can you ask?

I have an old ali 3xaaa one that's almost like a candle in pitch dark. I recently got a new usb-c from ali that's kinda 1 aa size that's so much brighter.
wonder if these things just fade with age, or if tech advanced in the 5 yrs. but they're only $5-10 ea.

        • +1

          They're pretty bright

  • I put one on my life jacket. Excellent little light and a great sample of their product capability.

  • Any chance for the i1R2 + i3E for $15 like Christmas a year ago?

  • This is still active BTW

Received mine - nifty little thing. Probably would have preferred a click to turn on as the twisting barrel is a little awkward with this size.
