Put it on Airtasker. Unless it's a 2 storey house or live in the middle of nowhere, you'll have plenty of people who will put an offer in as it's a pretty low skill task and really only needs an extension ladder.
This, if the home owner is not super confident on a ladder, best to get a contractor. Doesn’t take a great height at all to end a life.
Sticky tape a scoop to a walking stick.
I just get up on the roof (single story) with a Stihl 2 stroke blower. Takes about 15 minutes to blast all the crap out of the gutters. I then mow the lawns surrounding the house to mulch up the crap from the gutters.

I've a Makita blower and purchased the blower attachment. It does an ok job if the build up is just dry leaves, but not as good as jumping up on the roof thats for sure
Blowing out gutters pushes a lot of crap under the roof into the eaves. Better to vacuum.
I used this to clean my gutters, works well. Requires ladder though.

You can use a wet dry vac with a special attachment but if you cant get to your gutters easy it is brutal work holding it up for a long time.
If you want to throw money at it. Just get a guy to do it.
