    yeah the weight is 280g which will be fine for an intermediate to experienced youth, ~ ages 10-16. If they are really new and starting out probably go for ages 12-17

    *ps make sure you get the smaller grip size for youth

    Will be perfectly fine for adults also, especially favoring beginner / fun hit level players due to its light weight and slightly larger head size, making it more forgiving. Standard racquets for adults are around 300g anyway this is not too far off. Would not recommend for experienced players, they would want something more specific to their play style and generally add more weight.
