Printing Micro onto 1cmx1cm Photo

Just wanted to know if it is possible to resize a small photo onto 1cm diameter circle..any place that does this and would it be roughly visible?

  If you know someone with photoshop they could make the small sized image 1x1cm on a standard photo print size and then just get that printed and cut it out with scissors
