How to Get CRN Number from Vicroads for My Business ?

I am in need of a CRN number for my business so I can buy a business car, however, there doesn't seem to be an option to get the CRN number online.

When trying to sign up for business a/c [https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/online-services/signup-for-myvicroads-business-account], it asks for a CRN number which it says, "You can find your customer number on your business vehicles' registration certificate/renewal, or other letters from VicRoads about your vehicle registrations." I don't have any business vehicle registered yet. Infact to buy a business vehicle, I need the CRN no.

      When buying or selling a vehicle to/from a company…
      If your company doesn't have a VicRoads customer number, you must visit a VicRoads Customer Service Centre and provide full evidence of identity documents for your company. The personal details of the individual acting on behalf of your company will also need to be recorded on the transfer form.
