Apps for Samsung Smart TV Running Tizen

Sounds like an easy enough thing but have not found a way.

Objective is to cycle through an album of photos stored on USB plugin to the TV.

Issue number 1: TV does not automatically resize photo to full screen.
Issue number 2: The inbuild album function does not do slideshow.

Without resorting to connecting a PC/Laptop or cast from phone, was hoping to download an app.

Issue number 3: TV runs Tizen, and they have closed Tizen app store last year.

Any suggestions that I may have overlooked?

Chromecast screensaver -> photos on your phone is one way to achieve what you ware trying do.

Convert the photos to a slideshow/movie in a compatible format and loop.

  Didn’t think of that, might work, but I suspect it doesn’t loop the video, so will need to make a long one.

      Thanks for the suggestion, would prefer offline, hence preference is USB drive.
      
      Can connect to phone's hotspot for one off setup if required, but TV will not have constant on internet access.
