The Unrecognised Transaction for My TCN Restaurant Card

Anyone faced the same issue before, the TCN card has unrecognised transaction.

I try to buy delivery food today and find out the card balance is -$37. Yes, it is negative balance on the prepaid card. It has 5 unknown transactions charged today… I raise a dispute to TCN. I wonder if anyone had same experience and get money back successfully.

    On a gift card? You should post as a deal to get an extra $37.

      so technically I can spend any amount on the Restaurant card. Free meal for the rest of life. LOL

    I had the same experience, pizza hut double charged me for -$15.95 in one card, and another card reduced the balance $15.95, I called TCN and they told me to contact pizza hut, when I called pizza hut, they told me to contact the bank. Nobody wants to take the responsibility!!!
