  • More refunds coming up.

    • It's not Big W or Myer. Should be fine.

Edit: Sorry, I didn't realise they pulled that trick on you earlier.

    Comes pre-assembled!

  • Yeah, nah. I guess price per piece is ok.. That's only relevant if you like the set or want grey pieces. Double pass there.

    • It is seriously grey isn't it!

        Bizarre complaint.

Yes, most Lego Star Wars sets are literally 50 shades of grey because the in-universe vehicles are also predominantly grey/dark grey/black.

What do you want Lego to do, make a rainbow-coloured Razor Crest?

Lucasfilm has to approve Lego's set designs for Star Wars sets and they are contractually bound to stick extremely-closed to the source material for licensed sets.

        • Unsure what I said was severe enough to even be considered a "complaint". I was responding to a comment that mentioned its relative "greyness" and agreed with the comment.

I'd say it's about as perfect of a non-flagship UCS set as has ever been made other than the UCS Slave I.

Near-studless exterior construction, huge interior space with tons of play features and nice details, excellent greebling and a generously-proportioned scale that allows it to be incredibly faithful to the source material and to have an impressive presence.

If you haven't seen it in person, it's easy to dismiss it as "hurrr big grey blob" but it's the absolute peak of modern Lego Star Wars UCS design imo.

      • I'm not disagreeing with you. I just don't like the set due to lack of interest in this part of star wars (vs the amount of other lego i have which interests me more)

If you like the set, great.

        • Yeah I don't care for The Mandalorian or most of the post-Disney Star Wars canon but aesthetically, the Razor Crest is an awesome addition to a Star Wars UCS collection and I love the influence from the A-10 Warthog which inspired it's appearance.

  • I still have the regular Razor Crest to build…

I just don't have anywhere to display my Lego. Might be time for a big sell off on FB Marketplace lol.

I would want a real Razor Crest for that price.

I don't think I'd wanna fly in a $700 spacecraft, but each to their own.

    This is the way.

  • Ironic they jack up the prices and now having multiple sales. Unheard of. Hope they learn their lesson (probably not).

Lego and Lego certified stores aren't the same thing, though.
