  Hi Scott,

  2 questions:
  1. When ordering the "Sample Pack" there's no way to choose the type of single origin pack. Which coffee is currently "seasonal"?
  2. What's the roasting date on the different beans for the "Sample Pack"?

    Hey, the seasonal single origin is basically any of the single origins you see currently available on the site. I tend to include the most unique (very fruit forward) from what I have available at the time. If you want a specific one for the sample pack, please leave a comment in the order and I will do my best to accommodate.

    Roast dates on the sample packs are usually within the last 7 days, this is the case for any of the beans available. Occasionally, depending on what's moving quickly vs what's not the roast date may be up to 14 days from date you order but this happens rarely tbh.

  Is there any space for a delayed dispatch? I'm looking at the AP Ethiopian but I want to make sure it doesn't sit in my cupboard for 4 weeks before I open it.
