Hoping to get a lead on a decent property manager for a unit that I am leasing in the inner northern suburbs of Perth. I work at a mine elsewhere in the state and rent near it so have no capacity to look after things like inspections. I am after a full service offering where a % of rent is taken as payment (plus other charges as appropriate if a new leasor is to be found) as this seems to be how things work.

Many thanks for the suggestion. I did think of that at the beginning and went with someone else recommended to me by a friend of a friend. Its more that the previous property manager sold off their business and I am not getting the same service.
I've used Spraggon George to manage my rental for a few years and they've been great. I don't do anything, a percentage of rental income goes towards admin fees and they do everything. They seem to be very quick to respond to any issues that pop up and will call me to get authorisation to start repair work. Their office is based in Carine but they seem to do lots of suburbs north of the river.

You could use the agent you purchased it through. Most have a rental team.
