Someone is selling me a DJI Mini 3 Pro with DJI RC for $1100 which means that I may have to invest around $200 more for the DJI Refresh Care.
Do you think that $1300 is a good price for that or should I wait for some time or is there a way to secure a better deal from somewhere else?

You wont get it much cheaper, but you would get it new for that price.
They are essentially selling it with no reduction at all. I mean why do that if you can buy a new one from a shop with a proper tax invoice and less warranty hassle for the same money?

I just bought last night from D1 store at World Square in Sydney that we’re able to price match. The staff did a workshop on the mini 3 which was really helpful.
Yes I registered for one but couldn't make it unfortunately. You are right. I am able to get around $1100 price for the new from D1 too.

I don't mean to hijack OP's thread here, but rather than create a separate thread I thought I would ask this question here since it is related.
Is there any risk in buying the DJI 2-Year Refresh now, and wait a few weeks to buy the DJI Mini 3 Pro RC drone when the next best deal comes along?
My understanding is that once you open the drone and register it for flight, you have until 48 hours to bind a DJI Refresh Kit otherwise the process becomes more troublesome (uploading videos, etc.)
But buying the Refresh Kit now shouldn't by itself make it active, right?
No worries. Good question. I think you are right. I asked a question from D1 Store representative that if I buy a drone today and I activate that drone in let's say March 2023. Can I then buy the DJI Care Refresh within 48 hours of that time? The D1 store staff said yes.
You can buy the drone any time, and leave it sitting on your shelves for however long you like.
In order to fly it, you have to create an user account and register the drone first. Then within 48 hours, you must bind the DJI Refresh for that drone.
My question was what if I buy the Refresh product ahead of time. The question is kind of moot now as I wanted to take advantage of the SB / Westpac eBay cashback promotion.
