Ticketmaster Train Travel

Have some tickets which say train travel is included, but not sure that works. Do I have to track down a staff member to open the Opal machines?

    Yes; if you show them the ticket at the gates where wheelchair/pram users need extra assistance, they'll let you through.

    Sucks for closed gates with no staff around or drivers to events. Otherwise good idea…..

    Normally these events have enough people training it there that the gates are open for you anyway. I have never been questioned at the gate. However, they have been sporting events and I'm normally in supporters gear.

      I'm sure the station near the event would have some/all gates open. The only trouble is if you are boarding from a station with closed gates and staff are preoccupied or hard to find.
