Hi guys,
The subwoofer with my Bose Soundtouch 300 has decided not to turn back on so I'm after a trusted repairer in Melbourne.
Anyone able to point me out in a direction?
Thanks

They are discontinued, highly unlikely its repairable if they cant get the parts from bose.
Bose probably cant fix it either.
Bose might just switch it for a new one if it's still under warranty.
Edit - Maybe not - just realised it was sold between 2016-2018. We're in 2022.
The sub that usually comes with a sound touch 300 is an "acoustimass 300". This is actually the exact same sub as the current line Bose bass module 700. There are 100% parts available.
I've got a Soundbar 700 that's got "touch" buttons. I remember it not turning on once or twice at the start and it was fixed by keeping my fingers on a couple of the "buttons" to reset it. It's hard to know whether it's actually doing anything because it only has a single indicator light until it suddenly powers on again.
Maybe give that a try?

Try European Electronics in Moorabbin they fix a wide range of brands, but they charge 100 bucks or thereabouts to look at it and diagnose the problem.
Sounds like it's time to sell it as parts only, recover some losses and purchase a new unit.
That's what BOSE designed it to do.
Someone like me will buy it for $50, repair with $10 of Jaycar parts and have a little laugh everytime I turn my tv on.
I have the same problem, tried googling and youtube and seems like it might be a common issue with the circuit board.
I haven't tried opening it up yet, I guess I have nothing to lose.
Try Bose themselves:
