I have managed to log in, but there is nothing but crap for sale. The prices are not that good either!!

i got through with the tomtom and managed to get to the check out. My mastercard was charged but recieved no confirmation in my orders that i had paid for it after. i wasnt notified and when i contacted them and they said , yeah your credit card was charged but our products were sold out. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS

Dragonfire, did it take you long to get the money back in your account? I just realised that they took money from my VISA for the camera which I never got to properly 'check out'…I also had no confirmation or orders. Just wondered how long they'll take to refund the money. VERY UNHAPPY!
The refund went through today. So I guess thats an alright turn around, but still should never have happened in the first place.
So I wonder who/what was the catch of the day - you or them??
I really think these deals are more of a negative for a company running them than a benefit, but hey I am from the old marketing school that believes in building the brand….
Well as much as I got p***ed off from yesterday, I'm back and ready to see whether I can get a good deal lol.
