What's the best portable charger around 20000mah?

    • +1

Not sure why you got negged. It really depends on what you need it for, if you don't need it for a laptop you can get them much cheaper than this.

Don't know mate why the neg. Yes, agree for non PD there are better options out there. I ended up getting the Baseus one as it has a smart display/indicator and is lighter.

      • I've seen this and it looks awesome, but is the anything more portable?

Couldn't tell from the specs if this has PD PPS 25w for Samsung phones. I ended up going with the Baseus Blade for similar money.

The only other thing i preferred about the Baseus is that it has a digital readout instead of dots.

It doesn't support USB PD PPS, this range of USB PD power banks (20000 and 27000) were introduced in earlier specification days.

I only get fast charging (Max 18W) and not "super" fast charging 25W/45W on our Samsung Note 20 Ultra and Z Fold 4.

      • Thought that might be the case, thanks for clarifying. The Baseus offers the newer spec so happy with that.

  • Why wouldn't this be better value than the Baseus one? More charge, more juice

    • This has only 60w max output, so won't be able to charge many laptops beefier than a Surface or MacBook Air.

I have one. I cannot recommend it above $50.

It does not have as much charge as claimed. They claim 27,000mAh.

My measurements with a dummy load and an integrating ammeter show it around 17,000mAh at 3.7V, 12,500mAh at 5V. Nowhere near 27,000mAh.

I’ve had this for years, I love it. Actually seems to hold a lot of power, whilst other power banks I don’t seem to get as much juice for comparatively

  • Is this over the aircraft limit?

    • 27,000mAh at 3.7V (as per their website) equates to 99.9Wh. I believe most airlines permit 100Wh. So should be within the limit. I have also heard some airlines have a limit on the capacity i.e. 20,000mAh. Then this would be an issue. YMMV, but in most cases you should be fine with this one.

    • It should be within, I've carried it on flights across the country and world for years now.

    Thanks OP!!
