I included SPORE in my earlier deal post about Electronic Arts' Winter 2022 Sale on Steam - and A$2.99 (-90%) isn't a new historic low, this exact price and discount cut was listed a year ago on both Steam and Origin
True, but considering inflation from last year to now, it surely can be considered a better price than last year
Lots of warnings on Steam reviews not to buy the Steam version as it won't allow you to log into online services. One person provides a workaround of obtaining the key from steam and putting it into the EA store version. There is also a 75% off discount for Spore Collection which includes the addons on GOG at the moment which at $11.59 is cheaper if you want those addons, however I don't know if there is a way to use that version online.
Well this sure brings back memories!
