I'm looking to buy an iPhone 12 or 13 and saw refurbished ones from Kogan much cheaper then RRP. Has anyone bought an iPhone from Kogan and what is your experience like?
Yay or nay? Keen to hear the community feedback!

I noticed but wasn't sure how that works. They offer 6 months warranty though. Never been a fan of Kogan but the difference in price is tempting me
The only things I’ve bought from Kogan have been crap. Two refurbished iPhones that had faulty batteries and I had to replace those at Apple (basically making the refurbishment price pointless). A pair of Beats headphones that had one ear not working intermittently. I can’t remember what else off the top of my head but I stopped buying anything like that from them. I did buy one of their cheap Kogan TVs for our downstairs area and it’s fine. But I don’t trust their refurbished items. I did discuss this with them, but the whole hassle of dealing with them rather than going straight to Apple made me decide I’m never buying that kind of stuff from them again.
So even if you buy refurbished, you can't go through Apple for warranty etc…?

Just don't buy from Kogan ……………….
I would not have anything to do with them anymore, because you cannot contact them by phone, poor customer service, you just wait and wait, they don’t want to know your problems,

Bought a refurbished iPhone 12 mini via Kogan for ~$650 a few months back and the appearance is flawless. Battery health is 93% and it works fine. The refurbished ones are through various 3rd parties sellers though so not sure if there's good and bad ones. Read the warranty T&C's too - some of these offer 12 months warranty on refurbs, others only 6.
As an aside Kogan gave me a full refund without hassle on my previous phone which was well out of warranty and developed a charging port issue. I can't complain at all about their customer service but appreciate others have had bad experiences.
Just be careful if it is from one of their third party marketplace providers. Lot of stories etc about not being able to refund, no warranty.
