Considering Parallels is like $79.99, I'd say yes.
The MacUpdate Promo bundle back in June was better in my opinion. Parallels, CIV5, Screenflow..
I would personally only get this bundle if I did not have Parallels Desktop 7, none of the other included apps really impress me.
I'm a bit of an app junkie and my general feeling is the other apps are just fillers. There are also plenty of other free alternatives to the apps anyways.
TBH, Ive never used Parallels as I have Virtual Box which is free. I find it suits my needs fine. Another thing, since Macs have attracted many more developers since switching from the Power PC architecture to Intel, there is a Mac replacement for pretty much any Windows app and you probably wont use Windows as much as you think, if at all.
My 2c.
"pretty much any Windows app"
… expect eTax. Curses, ATO!word.
eTax, sigh just booted into the windows partition for this very reason.
Some still need Access - database with some Windows versions of Office.
Of course Parallels Desktop and VMware Fusion are not just for Windows… :)
There are hardly any games in Windows
For Microsoft Developers like me, we do not have an option to install Visual Studio on a mac. Not that I do any hardcore development at home. But I would like to have it in a VM
Still there are plenty of apps with no mac alternatives. eTax and Notepad++ for example.
Now that being said, I will not go for this deal. Parallels usually releases an update around October and if you buy it now, you may have to upgrade in a a couple of months. I would wait for it and see the new offerings. And also, Parallels Desktop 7 (even the latest retina display update) will not run anything other than Windows in my MBP with Retina Display. Every time I try to install a flavor of linux, it will crash whereas VM Ware works just fine.
TextWrangler (or BBEdit for the paid version) is probably the Mac equivalent of Notepad++.
Visual Studio only runs on Windows just like Xcode only runs on MacOS.
I presume you meant to say that Mac OS X does not have many games. I have never used Notepad++ before, though it looks similar to Editra, which is available for free on Mac OS X.

Perfect timing, getting my new Mac next week. Can anyone confirm that this is a good deal if one only will use Parallels?
