  • Cashback is eligible on pickup and delivery orders, including pre-orders. However, orders must be completed online and paid by PayPal, credit card, or debit card at online checkout (not in-store). No cash payments.
  • Cashback is ineligible if used in conjunction with Zip Pay or other 3rd party promotional offers & codes, or if orders are cancelled or changed.
  • Cashback is ineligible on surcharge component (Sundays & public holidays).

      • I tried to pay using Google Pay in Cashrewards app, got asked to login into Google but then after login got a white screen so couldn't pay. This issue also happened on a different phone.

        So I went on desktop browser went to Cashwards then to Pizza Hut. Click tracked but order didn't track. I'll have to submit a claim in 7 days with the order confirmation email to get the cashback.

  • Just wondering, do I have to wait 90 days before I can make a withdrawal in Cashrewards?

        It has to do with the time you order at store from,

        I think each store is different in their timings that they allow unreal option for. Some say its before 4pm. others say its tuesdays before 4pm.
        At the end its about trying and finding out, once you got right day/time, the Unreal menu should show up on itself

        I learnt it hard way too dont worry you aint alone

      It auto adjusts to $10 after a few minutes and then generates the tracking email. You checked your rewards page way too early lol. Enjoy buddy :)

        • Yep. The cap application refreshes the rate after it tracks, usually within a few minutes :)

        Those were times in my post, not dollars. Everything tracked perfectly, correct amount showing in the tracking email received at 18:45pm.

    Pizza I ordered was $17, paid about $12.50 after 30% code.

    • Hi. You definitely werenโ€™t scammed. What time was your click made? Clicking before 4pm means 8% cashback. I can guarantee you one of two things happened. (1) you clicked before 4pm and then purchased, or (2) you clicked before 4pm, purchased, then generated a further click after you purchased. The click must always be generated prior to purchase and during the promo window. I look forward to hearing back directly, or via PM. Thanks.

              @deathjr: Thanks. So there lies the issue. It's impossible for the order to track based on your click at 4:38pm as the order happened at 4pm. So there must be a click prior to 4pm when the rate was 8% (please confirm). PH picked up that click and it converted to a tracked purchase at the lower rate into your CR account. All I'm asking is for you to please be honest and transparent about it. I'm willing to wear the cost if you PM me your email address so I can adjust accordingly. Thanks.

                @tightarse: I was checking the menu earlier, that counts as a click? 3:56pm and 3:50pm. Had to restart the app cause it wouldn't load the menu. But I made sure to place the order at 4pm, and that is what it says on the email too.

                  @deathjr: No worries at all - as I said, we're certainly no scam. As soon as you click/tap 'Shop Now' (whether checking the menu or whatever else), that's a click. And lucky you did click before 4pm, else the order would not have tracked at all. I'll honour it as a once off and will update your acct. Merry Christmas :)

  • Hi TA, I've managed to put the order through at 9:58 pm yesterday (pre order for tmr and paid with Paypal on desktop browser), but it did not get tracked unfortunately. Should I wait 7 days to send the claim or I should just cancel the order, so that I'm not risking spend $10 for a small pizza as per other comments indicated? I'm fine cancelling the order if there's a chance that I could lose the $$, as I do understand that the time is kind of tricky (just 2 min before expiry). Thank you :)

    • There is nothing advertised on the Cashrewards website.

  • I was checking my card's transactions and noticed there's an issue with the PIzza Hut transaction on 23/12/2022. Basically looks like Pizza Hut charged me twice - once on 23/12/2022 and another today on 31/12/2022.

    Called my the card merchant (TCN) and they said this is the second time he saw something like this today and both instances have being from Pizza Hut. There's an issue on Pizza Hut side and told me to call Pizza Hut about the issue. He described it as:
    "Being charged twice. Had pre-authorisation on payment that has not being credited back and now the payment has cleared today in resulting in one transaction charging twice."

    Called Pizza Hut, got put on hold for at least 10 mins, and she said she and her supervisor checked my order and can only saw one transaction. So now I gotta go back to the card merchant to ask what's going on…..

    • Does Pizza Hut AU have an email address that I can get help for payment/transaction issue? I think I need to send Pizza Hut screenshots for them to better understand about the pre-authorisation transaction on my card not being credited back and hence they double charged me…

  • Im having issues submitting a missing transaction for this deal. Anyone else?

    • Yes, I get an error when I try to submit a missing cashback claim:
      "We're sorry. Unfortunately we couldn't process your enquiry at this time. Please try again, or contact Member Services."

      It's being like these since 31/12/2022.
