Budget Smartphone around $200

Hi All

What's the current recommendation for a smartphone around $200? Not fussed to go with a Chinese phone from AliExpress/Bangood.
Just need with decent RAM (4 GB min. and storage for work/Youtubing (not going to be gaming or anything).
Also don't really care about camera quality.
I see Poco M4 Pro 5G is the Ozbargain recommendation around $300, is there an equivalent at a lower price point?
