[PC, Epic] Dying Light 2 Stay Human $33.72, Detroit: Become Human $22.49 @ Epic Games Store

130

Historical low price. One game is about rejecting Zombies, the other about accepting Robots, yet both have "human" in the title. 🤔

This is part of the Epic Games holiday sale.

    Detroit isn't for everyone.

Yeah, I struggled to finish the game :/

It was decently interesting at the start but I found it got a bit too stale and just stopped playing halfway through the game

Same here, it really wasn't for me. Watching reviews I thought it was, but I was so wrong.

    • Yep. I've played all games from Quantic Dream, this one was fun if you take it slowly and for what it is, but the end kind of dragged things too much. Also, on the previous ones i tried to get all ending and story paths, but this one is MASSIVE, so was only able to play twice before moving on to something else. Maybe i'll revisit it in the future

    • City or game?

Shame Dying Light 2 doesn't have the polish the first had, for the time. Dying Light felt like a PC game, 2 feels like an old console game.

It feels like farcry: Dying Light edition.
      So disappointed in it.
Still hopeful for dead island 2

It's a jumbled mess of a game. Hard to follow storyline, cut and paste environments (nearly all rooftops are one of 3 identical types, not to mention interiors), terrible dialogue. Playing it at the moment and it's reached the point, part way through, where it's turning into hard work.

After being a big fan of Dying Light 1 + The Expansion
Dying Light 2 was a huge let down.

Ended up playing around 3-4 hours but all the starting location just seemed to be the same shade of brown, felt very copy and paste (as @chriso1 mentioned)

Also agree the storyline seemed hard to follow, even just doing side missions seemed to be a chore..

..Hoping Dead Island 2 is good simple fun!

But where is Monke: Reject Human(ity)

  • Just paid $45 for Dying Light 2 on Steam last week. Got ripped off dammit.

If you've played less than 2 hours in total, you can still get a refund.
