Even with offer of $25 discount, nothing really stands out for me.
I signed up when I ordered a new doona cover and was expecting to receive the $25 welcome voucher. Nothing. I have tried calling and emailing them multiple times over the past month and always get the run around. We will escalate the matter, check your spam folder etc etc, not matter what i try i cannot get anyone to fix this issue
Don't be relying on their promise to send you a voucher as you may not get it at all
