Have been searching around to order some items from Amazon US that cannot be delivered to AUS. Does anyone know any good and reliable US Sites so I can have it sent to a US Address and then re-shipped to AUS?
I've searched through quite a few, but almost all of the ones I've gone through have a rating of 2.0 or below (out of 5).
Shipito run deliberate scams. I've posted about it before so won't bother going into detail but they're one I'd highly recommend not using. I ship direct wherever possible these days as they all seemed to head downhill at the same time a few years back but if I absolutely have to use one I've used USGoBuy but only a handful of times.
I regularly use comGateway, who are the same company as shipitto. I've been quite happy with the customer support and service. I have always had issues resolved to my satisfaction, even if once or twice I had to push. Most importantly, they repack thing very carefully and intelligently.
Doesn't surprise they went down the drain. It's a shady business reshipping, and I imagine it would attract all kinds of fraud, stealing, criminal behaviour. I haven't used them a long time ago like 12+ years. But back in the day they were the favourite on Whirlpool which is why I started using them.
I used comGateway (I think) to get me the latest top-of-the-range Nvidia Titan Xp that was exclusive to the US for $1600 Australian back in 2017. Hasn't been worth it since due to Gerry's shady practices.
Back in the day https://www.shipito.com/en/ was the best for service, professionalism and price. I have no idea if it's still any good as I haven't used them in a few years, really ever since GST was introduced on items below $1000..
