Macbook Air 11"

Hey Guys,

So I am looking at purchasing a macbook air 11" from jb hi fi. I thought I would be smart and look up on static ice for a cheaper prices macbook air, however, they all appear to be around the same $1050 mark, and the only cheaper ones are lower older models.

Just wondering, as static ice doesn't always show everything, if anyone has seen a cheaper macbook air 11" model anywhere?

The model is 64GB SSD/ 4GB RAM

I am thinking maybe to wait until another 10-20% off sale at DSE and getting JB to price match then…

    Aren't prices for Apple hardware quite stable as retailers really do not get that much commission on Apple products?

    Wait until next DSE sale, and pay with WISH gift cards which you could get 5-7% off.

    As for AppleCare, ask/use a student in the family for $50 discount.

    Hey Exc, my problem's a little worse, I'm looking to get a new gen Macbook Air 13' too for my sister, but I fly out in 11 days - don't think I'll be lucky enough to hit a 10% sale before then. I've been looking at Myer and JB, trying to see if I can say that the other is doing a 10% percent off (and hopefully them not checking) :P

    My friend told me Myer do $100 off apple products, so might be able to grab one cheaper!

        Nah I can grab the one I want for $1000, JB has it for $1066…
