Visit lowesxtwisties.com.au (or scan the QR Code located on in-store promotional materials) and follow the prompts to the entry page; fully complete and submit the online entry form, select store of purchase, submit personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, full address and State/Territory of residence), select preferred / closest Lowes store and upload a scanned copy or photo of their receipt of the Qualifying Transaction. 

Maximum Number of Entries: Multiple entries permitted subject to the following: 

Only one (1) entry permitted per Participating Product purchased;
A maximum of five (5) entries per person in one (1) day; and
Each entry must be completed separately and in accordance with the entry instructions above.
