Cannot Contact Citi Prestige Card Concierge

I'm trying to use the luxury transfer service offer for my Citi Prestige Card. The T&C asks me to call 1800 782 948 for the Citi Concierge but no matter what options I select i keep getting put through to 'normal' credit card service operator who has no idea how to transfer me to the citi concierge.

Anyone has an idea of what number I can use to get to the concierge directly? this was much harder that I thought it should be…

    • I did twice! they had no clue lol…i did manage to get through the third time (& after 30 mins)… so think Mod can close this. Thanks all

        But if we were to start forums for every time we couldn't make phone contact with a business on (only) two instances, I've a list of takeaway food places I can start listing. My local pizza place only has one phone line and on a Friday night it can take >5 calls to get an answer.

  • for me, i am having problem contacting the lounge team, priority pass.
    yes sent email, weeks without real reply. phone number is all non australian, no 1800…

    • i'm guessing they (NAB) downsizing / consolidating Citi's operations.

      • nah they are completely different company, but if they providing service to australian then they should have a local call centre at least? or reply email within 5 days what is so hard about it. 5 days is too long already

          Integration of the Citi Consumer business into NAB will occur progressively over the next two to three years.
