  I have always been curious on the privacy policy behind these apps, data gathering and the rest. With an actual psychologist, psychiatrists etc etc there is a confidentiality agreement between the practitioner and patient. I don't have time to do the research(nor is it worth it as I wont be using it) but be wary of these mental health focused apps and the way they handle your data..
