Would like to have an upgrade to bottomless portafilter,
but not confident to buy any without recommendation,
caused always found some bad reviews on amazon saying not fit Breville pro 878.
Any recommendation here?

It's good to make sure you're prepping well and don't have channelling, and looks great too!
they are great to help you when brewing. you can see where you (profanity) up and improve your brewing.
I got a 54mm bottomless off AliExpress for a Bambino and I believe they’re all compatible with each other.
Can see the pros and cons after using it this week.Pros:
Looks good when it’s flowing nicely
Shows you where your tamping/distributing could work based on squirts/channeling.Cons:
If you do get channeling, cleaning up afterwards can be a pain. Took me a few goes to slowly get little to no channeling and a lot of cleaning up.(Might take a few tries to get it right but that’s espresso making and part of the process IMO. )
Is the one from AliExpress good?
No issues with the one I got. Can’t really compare it to the stock portafilter and baskets that came with the machine but I’m happy with it.
It's not a upgrade. I vote don't bother. They look cool, but chances are you will use it 10 times, then stick it in a drawer.
