Was going to point out the same thing - normally property transfers are subject to fees and taxes. Seems like we can now transfer for 15% less!

Hi Rep, your previous posts were 25% & 20% off storewide & didn't do very well so not sure why you would post a new deal with only 15% off.
Seems more like using Aus number one bargain website for free advertising than sharing any actual bargain.
