Sourcing Viomi V2 Pro Replacement Battery

In the past few months our Viomi V2 Pro has started to die.

The battery looks easy to replace but I can't find a legit replacement. AliExpress reviews show that most batteries on there are nowhere near the original's capacity (3200mAh). I've reached out to a few sellers on eBay and they are honest about it- their batteries are 2500mAh.

Has anyone had success getting genuine replacement parts, or aftermarket parts that work well? It's not very old and I don't want it to become e-waste if I can just replace the battery.

  I see some batteries rated at 5000mah and higher. Reviews aren't really faulting them either.

    If you're referring to the ones with the blue cover, I get a sense they're all coming from the same place (similar/same pictures, looks like the same battery) and are all really poor quality. The black 3200mAh aftermarket ones actually look like the best bet.

      OP, did you manage to find a suitable replacement? I have the same unit, lately it will stop half way through the clean and despite the battery showing 56% remaining, I have completed hard reset and deleted map but unable to clear the fault so suspect worn-out battery might be the culprit.

        Mine is now doing the exact same thing and am looking for a replacement battery….where did you end up getting yours from?
