Yes they work well and are reliable. Just make sure to look for the latest VLA (VIA) drivers online, as the ones that the Chinese supply with the cards are usually really crappy.
Why don't you get the USB3.0 Front panel from ebay as well? Or have you already got that?
Thanks for the link. I did see that one you posted and thought that the other looked like it had better build quality. At the end of the day they will most likely be very similar but I was just going off the looks.
