I can't find anything on it. Not even the maker's site.

Not open yet.
The answer is yes if you can open up the case and access the slot. I don’t if that’s possible.
With that processor, ram upgradability is the least of your concerns.
Shows an empty 2.5 SSD slot, so possibly. Not worried about the CPU: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/reviews/asus-14-0-laptop-intel-…
This is a gift to someone who only needs basics and has the peripherals. Their DT suddenly died and they're cash-strapped. I am, too (not as dire), but he's been a friend for 40 years.
You might want to consider the Dell Optiplex refurbished line which can often be found on eBay for pretty cheap.
I never knew Hyundai made computers!
Got nothing to do with the Korean Hyundai. Similar to Kogan selling cheap Chinese ACs as rebadged Hyundai, some organisation bought the rights to use the Hyundai name which is the same MO as with Sharp, Grundig, Telefunken, Aiwa, etc, etc that you currently see here in Australia.
Does anyone know if RAM can be upgraded on this computer?
Yes, someone would know.
is 8GB ram enough, this was $246 few weeks back
perhaps mele mini pc's will go cheap again
most have upgradable storage, not ram however up-to 16gb models exist

Thank you. That's a shame and very strange considering it comes with M$ installed.

Omg those q&a are for a mix of products. Some talked about a tablet, some talked about just the ssd. So confusing to read!
My money is on it not being upgradable, based on the fact they advertised everything that was upgradable on the listing, and used the phrasing "built-in" when describing the RAM. Its not concrete evidence, but makes me assume the RAM is soldered to the board.
Also this is a pc you would give to an enemy, not a friend ;)
You can always get more RAM from https://downloadmoreram.com/, pretty much any computer out there is supported.
Thank you to the non-snark replies. I have limited income and want to order from the us to be delivered to the us w/an au debit card. My options are limited as most won't do this.
Have you considered something second hand? Where are you located? I have some spare machines that are in the big cases that I could sell to you. I am in VIC.
Mate i get your good gesture in trying to help a friend overseas. But this could be a waste of your money and add to your friend’s problem.
I expect is is soldered on board as the specs give the installed and maximum RAM as 4GB

Looking at the inside and motherboard of this mini PC. Looks like the ram isn't upgrade unfortunately.
Have you directly messaged/asked them?
