in the terms and conditions it doesn't say you have to upload an invoice and serial number, its just that you get more entries if you do.
The entry form has been changed, originally you had to fill out invoice number and serial humber to progress beyond the registration form. At least now uou can enter and earn entries.
Opening entry form requires you to upload an invoice and serial number.
