I ordered Omnidesk Pro 2020 on 23rd Nov and haven't received any news about delivery or anything tbh.
Is this normal?

got a order confirmation straight after payment. nothing ever since.
Forgot to mention that my colleague said there was no advanced notice of delivery date. She just got a message on the day that the desk was arriving in x hours.

I believe the standard wait time is 2 weeks.
I bought mine in 2020 and it took about 2 weeks then as well.
Also, the delivery was in 2 seperate shipments but I think that was down to Toll than Omnidesk.
The aftersales service is pretty good though. I had issues with my desk motor and they promptly assessed and replaced it without any fuss.

Im waiting on mine from the black friday sales. On a side note, anyone know of a good power bar(prob 6-8 points) that will fit in the cable management rack?

That power board won't actually fit in the rack.
The trick is to use double sided tape and stick your powerboard or my personally recommended powerboard underneath the desk next to your cable management bar and also closest to where your desk motor plug is. The thing is is that when you raise the desk, you want all your power cords to be safely plugged in and avoid them being ripped out as the desk moves away from the power sockets near the ground.
Watch this guy's video at 20:28 onwards and you'll see what I'm talking about.
I would also recommend buying the power clamp accessory. I use it for my work laptop power supply and mobile phone/wireless peripheral charging because I can easily plug all that stuff above the desk. And the power clamp plug would then go into the powerboard underneath the desk that I mentioned before.
Thx, i was thinking of having it slot into the cable bar but the double sided tape is a pretty good idea.
I ordered the Wildwood top on the 8th of November (which was a preorder for new stock arriving on the 17th), which was picked up by Hunter Transport on the 22nd of November (10 business days ago), and has had no further updates. I've had a chat to the team at Omnidesk and unfortunately they've not received any response back from Hunter since I first called 4 business days ago, though they suspect that my order might have been batched up with a number of others to be shipped interstate to a closer warehouse, and will then being shipped out separately.
Hunter doesn't seem to be the best judging from their online reviews, but hopefully there will be some movement this week.
just got a call from Omnidesk saying they ran out of matt black frame. Gave me an option for white instead. otherwise have to wait till end of Jan. what a disaster.
for anyone who were wondering, i've got 2 out of 6 package received by Hunter Logistic. other 4 parts are due to be delivered next week.
I ordered mine on 25th November, didn’t receive it until 29th December.
I ordered on 29 Nov and it finally arrived on 22 Dec.
Absolutely terrible customer service throughout, zero communication until I kept chasing them. Complete waste of my time.
This was in a metro area so they (Aftershock) deliver it themselves, and they said they only have 2 delivery people in each city. Despite them being in direct control, they had no way of estimating when a delivery would be, so you can't arrange your schedule accordingly. They couldn't give any indication of where in the queue I was, and eventually tried to deliver it the one afternoon when I already told them I wouldn't be home. What kind of logistics is that?!
I recommend everyone avoid Omnidesk until they sort their shit out.
