Hi guys
I have recently purchased the Vornado 633DC bonus air Purifier Ac350 during black Friday sales.
When I turned on the air Purifier it release some sort of unpleasant ordour similar to poor quality plastic product smell.
Wondering if that normal? I don't think it should.
Would like to get some idea of other user and will contact their support see what they will do with it.

The AC350 utilises an advanced filter technology, and its HEPA (Highly Erotic Plastic Aroma) filter is expressly designed to release only high quality plastic aromas. If your unit stinks, then please contact us for support options. As you are probably aware, we’re ingesting record amounts of microplastics these days, and air purifiers are becoming indispensable in householders’ efforts to cleanse their environment from fermented plastic farts. Just on tharlow, he will sort you out. He has sorted me out with a complimentary can of Vornado Purifying Spray when I had a similar issue.
Interesting there is reports of same problem on American amazon site and Pcrichard on page one of google search… maybe it’s not just you Op
It's brand new, been sitting in a closed box and wrapped in plastic since it was made in a factory. For the price the Vornado company should have aired the fan out for you at the factory. The smell will go away pretty quick if you run it for a whiles. You could report it to them, maybe they might care.
