[PC, Steam] Premier VR Game Bundle 4 Items for $14.70, 7 Items for $36.77 @ Humble Bundle

150

Another VR Bundle. Been a while since we had one of these 8 |.

Wasn't expecting another VR bundle so soon, but like the previous one it looks like good value. ITAD reckons historical best price is $121.85, with only Arizona Sunshine and Doom VFR having been in a bundle before.

Tier 1: 4 Items for $14.70*

Arizona Sunshine
Bean Stalker
Cave Digger 2: Dig Harder
DOOM VFR

Tier 2: 7 Items for $36.77* (Including Tier 1)

After the Fall - Launch Edition
Cosmonious High
Vox Machinae

*Price does not include international transaction fees that may occur depending on your payment method.

ITAD

Edit: I think Launch Edition is just the base edition of After the Fall.

Edit 2: Sorry, forgot to mention the international transaction fees assoctiated with Humble Bundle.

  • Does Steam still bill/process offshore so a $14 price adds an extra $2 odd?

    • Do you mean Humble? Yes, last pack had a CC surcharge of about 50c on $19 spend for me with a CBA card.

    • There is a small international transaction fee. Looks like it was $0.56 for the previous VR Bundle which was $18.71. I'll add it to to post. Sorry, I don't normally think about the transaction fee.

Edit: It can be avoided if you use a card that doesn't charge for international transcations. Mine doesn't so I never really think about it.

  • Great value for the bundle, i have Arizona Sunshine already but still worth the buy
    Thanks for the share ozbs25

Thanks! This and the other VR bundle they have are great deals, managed to build up my VR library considerably with these.

As a note with Humble, just remember to adjust your donation on the deal page (below the checkout button) to give as much as you can to the charity - you can choose "custom amount" use the sliders to adjust how much goes to publishers, charity and Humble (looks like Humble take around 15% at a minimum regardless of how you adjust the sliders).
I was able to give more than $31 of the $36.77 direct to Starlight.

    • I don't actually have a VR headset yet. :P

Have been looking at a Valve Index since they came out but they made it so difficult to get a hold of one that I never got around to getting one. With the possibility of the another version coming out I probably won't get one now. Don't have that much time to play atm anyway. I am a little concerned about getting motion sickness though as I get motion sickness playing regular FPS sometimes.

The main reason I've been picking up these bundles is that VR games don't seem to get discounted very much and for the price of one game, I get a whole heap. Would be nice to have a good selection of games to play once I do get the headset.

      • FWIW, I've been using the hell out of my Quest 2 for a bit over a year now. It's an amazing device for the money, and pretty awesome for PCVR. Wireless VR is a gamechanger.

At this point I'd be waiting on the Quest 3 (should be 2023 release, and similar price to Q2). The Q2 is looking seriously (physically) clunky next to all of the next gen stuff coming out (those fresnel lenses are not going to age well!)..

I'll have to take another look at everything when I get the opportunity. Thanks for the info.

    • Cheers mate, I never noticed that before. I did the same and just maxed out the donation to Starlight. Good stuff.

  • Wow what a great deal. I've been wanting to stock up on VR games since getting my Vive Pro 2 a couple months back but everything tends to be pretty pricey so have been waiting for sales.

Was extremely close to getting After The Fall and Arizona Sunshine in a bundle for around $50 on Steam when they had their big sale a couple weeks back, so glad I waited. This deal is ridiculously good value. Thanks OP!
