Le Sirop de Monin - awesome French stuff that I used to have to get from an import deli but now can order on Amazon.
Although sometimes the Amazon supply is made in Malaysia not France (tastes the same though).

Cheap and cheapful Cottees Vanilla syrup
Used mainly for milkshakes but great in a coffee - ice or hot
Approx $10 for a 3L bottle - lasts for ages!
There is also Caramal and Chocolate of course

You could try a decent maple syrup.

We just use the Coles, Woolies, Aldi maple syrups (not the maple flavoured syrups).
Aldi usually have a nice caramel syrup.
I have bought Quarterpast caramel coffee syrup from woolworth but I haven't tried yet. Not sure how it will compared to others.
I tried Coles one (hazelnut) before but for some reason, it didn't really taste good. Maybe I put wrong ratio, anybody has recommended recipe as to what syrup ratio should I put for a cup of coffee?
The Coles hazelnut just sucks. The Coles caramel and vanilla are good.
The Woolworths $5 Quarter Past Caramel Coffee Syrup $is not as nice as the Coles caramel.The Aldi syrups are good. Their hazelnut is a bit better than Coles, but I have come to the conclusion that hazelnut is not for me.
I love hazelnut but when I tried some with coffee (alternative brand) I was a bit nonplussed. Maybe it’s just hazelnut syrup and coffee ain’t that great?

It was quite confusing given my love for hazelnut chocolate and for coffee did not combine well@original15: I found the same with Nescafe and Moccona hazelnut coffee sachets.

I think Bickfords is quite good, it has chicory as well as coffee.
Hersheys caramel syrup is very good. Havent tried the chocolate or strawberry ones yet though. Aldi's caramel and vanilla ones are my go to as well but they're hard to come by as they only appear during special buys.
I sometimes put Baileys in mine.
