Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Auto Locks after 3 Days and Unable to Unlock / Reset

So wife purchased new S21 from JB as part of Black Friday.
Got home set up all good until today. It has requested a password but, she had only set the fingerprint access. No password was set.

So all good we will just google how to reset and this is where the fun starts.
It wont reset, it wont even turn off as it just continually restarts.
Is there any other way to reset it? is there a secret to as to what the password might be?

    To set fingerprint you need to set a pin/password pretty sure…

      Just use find my phone to reset the whole device.

    I own an s21 fe and can confirm what @Xetrok said, have to setup pin/password prior to setting up fingerprint.

    Just had to have it on charge and it allowed to reset.
