As per this comment, Citibank has launched a cashback program a la Amex, Commbank, Westpac etc.
This one seems targeted as it appeared in my wife’s app but not mine.
Can someone be a guinea pig and see if it works for gift cards? The T&Cs say no but the Amex offers also say the same but it works.

Thanks. App Store wasn’t showing the option to update so deleted and downloaded the app. Can see 3 offers now excluding the Uber CB.
No Uber offers here sadly. My offers are $5 off $50 at JB, $10 off $100 at The Good Guys, $45 off $400 at Webjet, and $20 off $100 at Cotton On.
Interesting. I updated the App yesterday and checked the offers, there were none.
Today I have offers for JB Hi-Fi, Good Guys, Webject and Cotton On.
