Cathay Pacific - trying to redeem Asia Miles on Qantas, but search function on website keeps failing

Wondering if anyone can get the flight redemption search function to work on the Asia Miles redemption page?

I am looking at the route ARM - SYD April 4 - May 1 but every time I try it goes to a redirection saying "option flexible with travel dates is not available for your chosen itinerary, press continue to be redirected to the search results from Must travel on these dates.
However there is no continue button and it simply redirects back to the search page.

I am on customer service chat, but an hour now with no reply.

My only thought is my balance is too low, but I don't want to transfer my points int Asia Miles until I know the flights are available.

    Oh, there is also a link that says for Qantas flights at this

    but I get the same result there. but with a "There are no flights available, followed by an error code, so I tend to not believe it

    I don't think I was ever able to redeem Qantas flights directly from the Cathay site in the past (pre-covid). I kept getting the errors you have mentioned and just didn't bother calling them. I'm not sure if that site has ever worked.
