    Hmm, I wonder if I'll get the cashback for this… The T&C's say you have to buy the product, BUT that products awaiting delivery/arrival aren't elligable. I wonder if they mean products that have been purchased and awaiting delivery are inelligable, or only products that have been ordered but not paid for. Dunno, little unclear.

      "call 1800 233 033 with any customer service queries".
      I called and they were very helpful with my query regarding model numbers that are eleigible (Cashback site refers to VX700 but the one at Officeworks is VX700 V2, they confirmed V2 is eligible).

        All good, but not what I meant - the product from Officeworks has to be delivered either to your door or to your local shop, either way technically it's 'awaiting delivery'.

          As long as purchase is on or before 5/7 you are eligible for the cashback. You have until 19/7 to lodge your cashback claim by mail so I would mail it no later than 17/7 to be sure.

    Just picked mine up and it is only VGA resolution, 640*480, not 2MP as stated on Officeworks website. I thought about returning it but decided for $1.49 it is ok. Most reviews are positive.
