I've been looking around for an lightweight everyday use laptop that's not a Macbook Air. Barring this Metabox (https://www.kongcomputers.com.au/metabox-flo-140pu-i7.html) nothing I've found seems to allow me to choose components to my liking, but I'm struggling to find feedback about this particular model. The one thread I found was discussing this laptop's predecessor from 2020, but it isn't clear from the description of the latest model whether any significant changes have been made to the hardware being used in the machine.
The one thing Apple gets right is the 14-day no questions asked return policy. I wish PC vendors would allow something like that, even if the duration was shorter. With Metabox in particular, I'd have to buy it sight unseen and hope nothing is out-of-the-ordinary.
I love the fact this machine in under 1 kg and is allowing me to choose adequate RAM and storage while having a relatively large battery that (in theory) should attain Macbook Air levels of endurance. Has anyone heard of this laptop recently, or have any reviews they could point me towards?
Framework laptop?
