I lodged a paypal dispute a few weeks ago, and for some reason it immediately escalated to a claim. An yway paypal have been "investigating" it for all that time, and I just got an email saying they need more time.
I tried emailing the store that the deal was for ages ago but got nothing back. So I filed the dispute against "ourdeal" who took the money.
Got my pillows today. Geez this was handled so badly. And to top it all off, the pillows are crap, if this is what the call "medium firm" I'd hate to see their soft ones. Never again will I deal with eithe town and country mattresses, or ourdeal. I think they should change ther name to "ordeal".
