Unused value of gift card - Ultimate gift for Everyone

So I have about $19 left on my gift card "Ultimate gift for Everyone". This gift card works like a debit/credit card, come with 16digit card number, expire data, and CVV.

Does anyone know which online retailer allowed partial payment with this gift card?

Background: I used this gift card on Adidas online store, which does not allow partial payment (should have checked first), that is how I left the unused amount on my gift card.

I understand that I can convert the unused amount to other retailers gift card via https://exchangeyourcard.com.au/Choose

    I'm sure Officeworks or JB would let you use a mixed payment, in person anyway.

    Target online allows you to split the payment. Not sure of instore though.

    Only retailers listed here under your "Everyone" gift card, accept this card. Sure, you may think that just because it has a card number, CVC etc that it can be used anywhere, you're wrong. Only retailer's listed on the card accept this card. The reason is the payment processing will decline as it isn't an approved retailer. Hope this helps!

    P.S You can only split payment in store, for example, JB Hi-Fi only accept 1 of these Ultimate Cards online, and then you can't pay with anything else (except with JB Gift card's). For more, see @WookieMonster's comment here
