Wanting to upgrade my 5700XT and I'm eyeing out an RX 6800XT, only thing I can see is A Sapphire Pulse from Mwave for $888

      Looks like we won't be getting anything which is pretty lame. Was about to pull the trigger on a $800 6800XT on Newegg but the code advertised doesn't work at checkout.

    I’ve been wanting to get one too, but I dare say that anything with an 8 in front of it is as good as it’s going to get.

    Supply appears to be tightening on these, and I don’t think we’ll see any really cheap afterpay/zip deals as the base prices are higher now.

    The cheapest in stock I can find atm is approx $950.

      I'm so mad I didn't buy a Sapphire Pulse Rx 6800 XT from Mwave on the 24th for $888. I held off thinking there would be black friday deals for cheaper and mwave said that it would stay that price until the 4th of December while stocks last. Two days later its back up to $999. Scummy tactics

        Yeah, I really wanted to get that $888 one as well but wasn’t quite ready to pull the trigger.

        Unfortunately I’m using an eGPU with both a Mac and Windows, the 6800/6900 are the only options with native support on both platforms - unless I drop right down to a 6600 which I don’t want to do.

        Fingers crossed for a Christmas deal!

    I’ve been scouring the internet looking for a deal on these, unfortunately there’s pretty slim pickings. Since the 6800/XT and 6900XT are being discontinued, and there’s a big hole in the AMD lineup between the 6750 and 6950, as stock levels thin out pricing is going up again. Particularly the 6800XT is in short supply, 6800s seem a bit easier to get.

    The best deals I can find atm are:
    6800 @ Scorptec $888 (or Amazon US for $860).
    6800XT @ Amazon US $980
    6900XT @ BPCTech $1099

    You can get a little cheaper used or via AliExpress, but I’m not sure about going that way personally.

    I pulled the trigger on the 6800XT @ Amazon as I figure pricing is just going to go up on these now, and if something cheaper shows up soon I can return to Amazon with little hassle.

      Thanks for keeping me updated! damn I didn't know they were already being discontinued. I pulled the trigger on a 5800X3d and my plan was to wait for the 7000 series to drop so the 6800XT would drop in price but I guess that won't happen.

        I strongly suspect by the time the 7000 series is out, that the 6800XTs will be completely gone. If you look at store inventories now anything reasonably priced is gone, and a lot of the 6800XT site pages are marked end of life or their pages are taken down completely.
