Got the email alert from Amazon as I was looking for a decent power tool set lately. There was a Panasonic deal a few days back but was more expensive. Bought this one plus the screw-driving set (the original price of the screw-driving set is $16 but currently there is 20%= $3 promotional discount at check out), all is US$126(using GE28 degree card,so no FX fee),not too bad IMHO, particularly when compared to the price in Bunnings. (First post, so, plz )

Agreed. My DeWalt hammer drill needs a beefier step down transformer to charge the batteries. My previous step down transformer doesn't pump out enough amperage. So more than likely, you'll have to shell out another $50+ for a decent amperage step down transformer when your screwdriver arrives.
Surely better off to buy a 240V DeWalt charger?
So how much wattage was the charger & what wattage step-down transformer did you need?
Not bad but you will probably need a new power adapter or a new charger in worst case.
