I'm looking to add a half decent ampmeter to my vehicle. I prefer a 52mm gauge but smaller would also be fine.
100A range ideally ct based.

What are you measureing (apart from "amps")? Solar panels for your off-grid camping setup? Or looking at how much drain your starter motor is pulling from the battery?
Is it an EV? Otherwise I’m not sure why you’d need one.
Why do you want 100AMPS?
You are aware that this will weld steel?
I run 1600wrms of amps on my Harley I also will be running a set of adapt xp lights which will pull another 13amps from memory. I currently run 4ga from my lithium battery to a distro block. This currently powers just the amps but will also use this for the lights when there installed.
Absolutely overkill yes. But to hear a stero comfortably on the highway power is needed.
I'm aware 100A will weld steal but in the car world with 1/20th of the voltage even a single phase household circuit provides. Current is sky high for example the winch in my ute pulls 400A+
Do you just want something that looks cool or do you have a use for it?
